To maintain high instructional standards, all Harris Digital Learning teachers follow online teaching practices based on the National Standards for Quality Online Teaching, and the Danielson and Marzano instructional models. All instructors are state-certified in their content areas and are observed and evaluated consistently throughout each academic year by a certified principal utilizing the Danielson model. Our instructional team is fully compliant with all laws, policies, and procedures surrounding Special Education modifications and accommodations and data confidentiality.

So what I have them do is turn on their mics and video at the beginning and give them a couple questions to get them talking.”
Harris Digital Learning recognizes the extreme teaching shortages facing our country’s school systems. To address this challenge, we offer live, certified instructors to support schools and minimize the impact on in-school staff. Our synchronous instruction model enhances course delivery across our full eCourse catalog.

In addition to live instruction to support our eCourse catalog, Harris Digital Learning can provide specialized Boot Camps designed to elevate students’ writing, math, social studies or science skills mastery in preparation for high-stakes testing. These sessions can be delivered either to in-person classes or to fully remote students. Districts have found that these intensive sessions have moved students quickly to master necessary state standards for these high-stake assessments.
