The Intuit® Design for Delight course equips students with the skills and principles necessary to create exceptional customer experiences. Learners will delve into core concepts such as Deep Customer Empathy, the Go Broad to Go Narrow principle, and Rapid Experiments with Customers. The course emphasizes understanding customers through observation, identifying their challenges, and defining problem statements. Students will learn to conceptualize the ideal customer state and employ effective brainstorming and narrowing techniques. What is EdisonLearnNow?

EdisonLearnNow (ELN) offers self-paced, high-quality online courses for students looking to supplement their education. Whether you’re taking a course for credit recovery, acceleration, or enrichment, our flexible options help meet your needs.

What is the pacing like?

All ELN courses are self-paced.

Students may take as long as needed to complete a course. If needed, we can align the course with a specific school schedule and adjust dates as the student progresses.

No prerequisites are required for any ELN course.

Yes! If you’d like a syllabus for a specific course, let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide it. 

How do I register for a course?

The process is simple:

  1. Purchase the course – Use this link to select and buy the course: https://edisonlearnow.com/collections/all
  2. Complete the student application – After checkout, follow the link provided to fill out the application.
  3. We enroll the student – Once we receive the application, we will complete the enrollment, and the student can start learning!
How is the course delivered? Is it taught live at scheduled times by an instructor, or is it a flexible, self-paced video course?

All courses are asynchronous, meaning students may work independently with all-inclusive, self-contained courses. Our curriculum includes multiple learning tools to engage every kind of learner, including videos, visuals, and plenty of practice – especially in math courses! Our goal is to provide learning opportunities that meet the needs of students in any situation, meaning flexibility is core to what we do.

If your student would like to meet live with their teacher, they can always request a Personalized Live Session (PLI). PLIs give the student a chance to ask specific questions in a one-on-one format. We also have office hours for each subject daily, where a student may jump into a Zoom room with one of our full-time teachers.

Can I take an ELN course while enrolled in my school district?

Yes! Coordinating with your district is helpful for us; however, it is not required. We recommend that you reach out to your district prior to enrollment.

Some school districts already use EdisonLearning courses. If you’re currently enrolled in a district that uses Edison courses, contact your school’s advisory team to complete enrollment.

Every school has different policies regarding transfer credits. We recommend speaking with your school counselor to confirm before enrolling. 

How much does an eCourse cost?

At this time, we do not offer discounts or payment plans. We structure our courses as a one-time purchase that allows the student to work at their own pace, without ongoing fees or monthly charges.
