Exceptional Education Support Services
Harris Digital Learning is not an LEA (Local Education Agency). Rather, it is a Learning Service Provider. Each student’s LEA handles providing IEP information to instructors. When requested, instructors will attend IEP meetings virtually and supply academic information related to online performance. Instructional staff work with advisors to ensure accommodations, appropriate to online learning, are in place. Due to the asynchronous model, lesson content is published and cannot be modified; other accommodations, such as assistive technologies and supplemental materials, should be provided by the LEA.
