This portal is the user dashboard that centralizes all vital tools for students, teachers, parents, and administrators, allowing them easy access to everything they need from one convenient homepage.

• Attendance – daily attendance tracker for each student 
• Advisor Link – an easy link to each student’s advisor information 

eSchoolware’s information management system is designed for administration of enrollments, courses, content, students, and instructors. Both district’s online and hybrid environment, are managed through a single, easy to use interface.  

For district instructors, the teacher portal in eSchoolware™ allows instructors to quickly access any student items needing their attention, such as messages, items that need to be graded, academic interventions, new forum posts, and grade approval requests. Color-coded indicators help teachers prioritize tasks by indicating the urgency of each item. Within the eCourse gradebook, a teacher can view all data concerning a student’s performance to gain a full picture of a student's attempts and progress. 

One size doesn’t necessarily fit all learners. Harris Digital Learning features unique content delivery systems for both High School and Middle School learners, providing each the best age-appropriate experience to maximize learning.  

High School Learners 

Course Player is an engaging and interactive content delivery system used for our high school Harris Digital Learning eCourses. Course Player allows students to interact with content and assessments in a personalized and structured progression of learning objects. Mastery settings ensure that a student has succeeded in meeting the objectives of a lesson before the next lesson is unlocked. Students check their understanding periodically through summative assessments. Assessment types include diagnostics, benchmarks, exams, quizzes, writing prompts, and mastery projects. A performance alert system is available to indicate when academic interventions are needed based on lesson and cumulative assessments. 

Middle School Learners 

MyDay is our content delivery system designed through targeted research specifically for middle school students. As with Course Player, students are provided with a personalized and structured progression of learning objects through their daily task lists. Mastery settings are available at an institution and student level to ensure that students have demonstrated success with the objectives of each lesson before moving to the next lesson. Students are assessed regularly through a variety of games and traditional summative assessments. A performance alert system is available to indicate when academic interventions are needed based on lesson and cumulative assessments.

Understanding student performance and identifying at-risk students is critical for any digital learning program. To support this critical mission, Harris Digital Learning features extensive data dashboards that allow administrators to identify at-risk populations, and drill down to the underlying data. Key metrics tracked include:  

• Scores Earned on Work Submitted 

• Assigned Task Completion – Current Term 

• # of Days Since Last Submission 

• System Activity, including Minutes in Courses

In addition, data can be filtered by building, program, login type, grade level, and student name. All dashboards offer easy  export to Excel  or CSV files for sharing critical data with key stakeholders. 

Harris Digital Learning allows teachers to track, monitor, and report on all aspects of a student’s progress. eSchoolware™ includes a robust reporting system including over 200 standard reports plus customized reporting options upon request. Our platform provides administrators and program staff with automatic daily reporting, and the ability to easily integrate with most student information systems through a robust API Library. District staff are enabled to instantly access critical data including assessment details, intervention reports, time in course reports, and course selection details. Running a successful digital learning program can be challenging, and having the right data when you need it is crucial to guide the process.
